For your convenience, the container can be used in the microwave or conventional oven. DO NOT USE TRAY IN TOASTER OVEN.

How to Heat a Frozen Meal

MICROWAVE:

  1. Heat on HIGH for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Please Consider Recycling.

Conventional Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place on cookie sheet.
  3. Heat 30-35 minutes.
  4. Please Consider Recycling.

PLEASE NOTE: As microwave powers, oven temperatures and food densities vary, some adjustments may be needed.
